What a year it’s been for live music in New Jersey! Below is a compilation of stats and the best concert moments from 2025.

According to the setlist.fm database, there were nearly 4,000 individual sets in New Jersey this year. By the end of December, this will be an increase of databased shows from 2024.

New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium, along with its wide range of festivals, bring in millions of attendees each year. MetLife Stadium played host to multi-night performances from Beyonce, The Weeknd, Zach Bryan, Oasis, System of a Down & Korn, Chris Brown, and Shakira.

Barefoot Country Music Fest brought in a record 40,000 attendees on the main days of the festival. With the help of Hozier and blink-182, Sea.Hear.Now brought 70,000 across two days to the Asbury Park North Beach.

The wealth was spread evenly between the major music venues in New Jersey, but Starland Ballroom held the most individual sets this year, closely followed by a huge year from the Prudential Center.

The Jonas Brothers performed 10 times in New Jersey this year thanks to their six shows across a couple of days at JonasCon held at American Dream Mall. The band also performed twice at Prudential Center, once at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion, and a huge show at MetLife Stadium.

Along with the stat below, Bruce Springsteen performed four of his own mini sets in Central Jersey this year, despite not headlining any huge hometown E-Street Band shows.

Bruce showed up big with friends at the Light of Day Festival, American Music Honors, and other benefits in the state this year. It’s the largest number of artists Springsteen has ever joined on stage in a single year.
