Lead singer Brian Fallon didn’t do much talking in his short, hour-long set, but he did express his appreciation to Counting Crows music and how personable the band has been behind the scenes. He also mentioned that “Chloe Dancer,” a Mother Love Bone song, was one of his favorites to listen to on the bus ride to school.
After a fairly short intermission, Counting Crows hit the stage to their newest single, “Spaceman in Tulsa,” a perfect rock and roll opener for a band like them.
The Crows ripped through more hits early like “Hard Candy” > “Mr. Jones.”
