Beyonce became the best-selling artist in MetLife Stadium’s 15-year history, according to the venue.
Including Beyonce’s five sold-out shows on the ‘Cowboy Carter’ tour this past week, she adds to her total of 12 all-time appearances at the stadium, performing to a total of 600,000 fans in East Rutherford, NJ.
Not only does she have 12 appearances at the stadium, her last 12 shows in the state of New Jersey were all at MetLife. Her last non-MetLife performance in the state was in 2013 at the Izod Center on ‘The Mrs. Carter Show’ tour. She has a total of five performances at the now defunct Izod Center/Continental Airlines Arena.
