Shakira is headed to East Rutherford on Thursday for a concert at MetLife Stadium, but NJ Transit says no.
Due to an impending strike, NJ Transit announced that they will not run transportation service via bus or train to MetLife Stadium on Thursday and Friday.
NJ Transit is typically one of the biggest and most convenient ways to travel to the Meadowlands. During Taylor Swift’s run of concerts two years ago, the company transported over 75,000 passengers in just trains alone. So the company is taking a cautious approach in the case that they were to shut down during the event.
