iHeartRadio Z100’s Jingle Ball returned to Madison Square Garden on Friday night, featuring some of the biggest performers in live music.
Katy Perry, Tate McRae, Gracie Abrams, and Teddy Swims are among those who performed at the fifth stop of the Jingle Ball tour.
Shaboozey was the first of many performers on the night, performing his hits like ‘A Bar Song (Tipsy) along with new songs and other hits in his catalogue. Other tracks included ‘Annabelle,’ ‘Let It Burn,’ and ‘Good News,’ which he debuted on Saturday Night Live this past month.

K-Pop group NCT Dream took the stage next, showing off impressive choreography as seen among other similar artists. The group was one of the most unique artists on the bill and had a unique performance. Their setlist consisted of ‘Smoothie,’ ‘S.O.S.,’ ‘Ment,’ ‘Rains in Heaven,’ and ‘When I’m With You.’

Madison Beer was next up getting New York City in the holiday spirit with her cover of Charles Brown’s ‘Please Come Home for Christmas.’ She continued with her hits ‘Home to Another One,’ ‘Reckless,’ ‘Selfish,’ and ‘Make You Mine.’
Beer got emotional on stage when talking about her times attending the Jingle Ball as a kid and now being able to perform on the biggest stage.

The Kid LAROI performed next, with a cover of Wham’s ‘Last Christmas,’ plus tracks like ‘Girls,’ ‘Baby I’m Back,’ and ‘Without You.’ The Australian closed with his two biggest hits: ‘Nights Like This’ and ‘Stay.’

Teddy Swims took Jingle Ball to the next level as he took the stage with a gray-dyed beard and a full red outfit, cosplaying as Santa Claus. He performed hits ‘The Door,’ ‘What More Can I Say,’ ‘Hammer to the Heart,’ ‘Bad Dreams,’ and closed with ‘Lose Control.’

Jingle Ball got a taste of rock as Twenty One Pilots took the stage for their performance of hits like ‘Overcompensate,’ ‘Holding on to You,’ ‘Vignette,’ ‘The Craving,’ and many more.
During ‘Ride,’ Tyler Joseph descended from the stage and took to the crowd while “riding” through the audience.
Josh Dun took a page out of Benson Boone’s book, featured next, by doing a backflip off of the band’s piano during the set. The band closed with ‘Stressed Out.’

Benson Boone took the stage with his infamous backflips, which were constant throughout the set. Among hits like ‘Be Someone,’ ‘Cry,’ and ‘Beautiful Things,’ Boone debuted an unreleased song, ‘Young American Heart,’ which is set to release next year on this newest record.

Meghan Trainor joined Teddy Swims in the Santa-themed outfit, performing tracks like ‘Me Too,’ ‘Dear Future Husband,’ ‘All About That Bass,’ and ‘Made You Look’ among others.
Jimmy Fallon made a surprise appearance during her set as the two performed ‘Wrap Me Up’ together.

Gracie Abrams, who is headlining multiple nights at Madison Square Garden in 2025, performed her hits, ‘Risk,’ ‘I Love You I’m Sorry,’ ‘Let It Happen,’ ‘That’s So True,’ and ‘Close to You.’

Tate McRae performed the penultimate set at the Garden, with hits like ‘Exes,’ ‘It’s OK I’m OK,’ ‘You Broke Me First,’ ‘Run for the Hills,’ and ‘2 Hands.’ McRae closed with ‘Greedy.’

Jingle Ball has taken place each year since its inception in 1996 at the Garden, and has featured a star-studded lineup since. The show is expected to return in 2025.
Stops from the tour, including at Madison Square Garden, will air on ABC as part of a holiday special on Dec. 18 at 8:00 pm EST. It will air the next day on Hulu.
