Billy Joel will be performing at MetLife Stadium for the first time ever, and will be alongside Stevie Nicks on Friday, Aug. 8.
This will be the first tri-state area performance together for the two, who will be performing separate sets.
Joel previously performed two nights at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford in 1990 as part of the “Storm Front” tour.
His first performance in New Jersey was in 1974 at Princeton’s McCarter Theatre, though he has not been back to the Garden State since 2007 when he headlined the Borgata Event Center in Atlantic City.
Joel and Nicks will be joining Oasis, Zach Bryan, Shakira, and others who will be performing at the stadium in 2025.
