Innings Festival and Extra Innings Festival, based in Tempe, Arizona, revealed its 2025 lineups on Tuesday. Even though the festival is across the country, the information is useful to narrow down the Sea.Hear.Now lineup.

Innings Festival will take place in late February of 2025, followed by a second “country-focused” festival the week after.

The Innings lineup will be headlined by Fall Out Boy and The Killers. Though The Killers already headlined Sea.Hear.Now in 2023, Fall Out Boy has yet to play the festival.

Only The Killers, Incubus, and Gary Clark Jr. have performed at Sea.Hear.Now in the past, leaving the other names up for grabs.

In previous years, Sea.Hear.Now and Innings Arizona have shared nearly 9% of their lineups. Notable names include 311 in 2024, Weezer and Mt. Joy in 2023, and My Morning Jacket and Billy Strings in 2022.

As for Extra Innings, the second festival, there has been more of a crossover.

The first year of Extra Innings was last year, which featured a more country and folk vibe as opposed to Innings’ rock and alternative sound.

In 2024, Sea.Hear.Now and Extra Innings shared 10% of their lineup. The two artists were Noah Kahan, who headlined Sea.Hear.Now and subheadlined Extra Innings, and Larkin Poe, who ended up dropping out of Sea.Hear.Now due to illness.

The only artists on the 2025 Extra Innings lineup who has already played Sea.Hear.Now would be The Lumineers, who headlined in 2019, and Grace Potter, who performed in 2024.

Based on our historical data, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see an artist like Fall Out Boy, Beck, or Jack’s Mannequin perform at Sea.Hear.Now. But first, we’ll need dates for 2025, which have not yet been announced. For 2024, dates were announced close to the release of the lineup in the spring of 2024.
