Barefoot Country Music Festival in Wildwood, New Jersey has revealed Jason Aldean as their second headliner for the festival.
The fifth edition of the festival will take place during the final weekend of June in 2025.
Last week, Lainey Wilson was announced as the first headliner for the festival, marking her return for the first time since 2023. This year, it will be Aldean.
Over the course of the past week, the festival has been posting “BCMF Hints” on their social media pages, allowing fans to guess the headliner. The most popular guesses from day one were Thomas Rhett and Jason Aldean.
Below are each of the hints:
- “Love us a Georgia peach!”
- “Take me to Friendly Fenway”
- “Outnumbered, but in a good way”
- “Everybody makes mistakes”
- “36”
- “He knows a thing or two about a country anthem”
- “Cowboy-hat wearing, award-winning…”
Aldean found himself in controversy in 2023 following the release of his single “Try That in a Small Town.” His newest album “Highway Desperado” released last year.
Aldean is known for huge country hits like “Dirt Road Anthem” and “Big Green Tractor,” along with countless other country anthems.
