Dave Portnoy’s One Bite Pizza Festival is set to return on September 14th, 2024 to New York City.
On the festival’s website, they released a statement: “The greatest gathering of pizzerias ever returns to New York City Saturday, September 14, 2024! Full announcement coming soon!”
One Bite was created by Dave Portnoy, the CEO of Barstool Sports, who is also one of the most esteemed pizza reviewers in the country. Portnoy has raised and donated over $500,000 to small businesses and pizzarias.
The festival had its inaugural year in 2023 at Maimonides Park in Brooklyn. The festival featured over 35 pizzarias, along with drinks and an Italian dessert village.
One Bite also included performances from Teddy Swims and Barstool’s own punk rock cover band, Pop Punk.
More information, including pizzerias and performers are coming soon. The event is taking place on the same weekend as Sea.Hear.Now Festival in Asbury Park, NJ.
